Trachea - SEM

Scanning electron microscope image of lung trachea epithelium. There are both ciliated and on-ciliated cells in this epithelium. Note the difference in size between the cilia and the microvilli (on non-ciliated cell surface). Zeiss DSM 962 SEM.
