This is a histology slide of the parotid gland. The parotid is a serous gland. Its glands are arranged in lobules. They are composed of eosinophilic columnar cells with basal nuclei. The duct lining cells stain more palely, and there is a layer of myoepithelial cells beneath the epithelium. The lobules are separated by fat cells.
