Spleen - histology slide

This is a histology slide of the spleen. This image has white pulp with collections of lymphocytes. Near the center there is a lymph follicle with a germinal center. The follicle is made up of B lymphocytes, with T lymphocytes in the peripheral marginal zones. Two central (white pulp) arteries with periarterial lymphatic sheaths are seen. Red pulp is present as sinusoids and Billroth's cords.
