Live mouse skin cell imaging

I captured the natural fluorescence of mouse skin cells using a laser-scanning
microscope with a resolution of roughly 0.6 microns. I reconstructed the true-color pixel-by-pixel fluorescence using a program I wrote in IDL. Actual size: 100 microns x 100 microns, two-photon excitation wavelength = 764 nm.
