The outer layer of the wall of the uterus is called the perimetrium. The middle, musclar layer is the myometrium. The inner layer is the endometrium. The endometrium undergoes cyclical changes. The cervix is the lower portion of the uterus. The body is the bulk of the uterus.

Fallopian Tube

The fallopian tube is also called the oviduct.

Vagina

When looking at the histology it can be seen that the vagina is lined by stratified squamous epithelium.

Other

Bartholin's glands are also called the greater vestibular glands. Bartholin's glands are found in females and are homologous to the bulbourethral glands in males.

Skene's glands are also called the lesser vestibular glands and are found in females.
